How to onboard to Bulk Verification of Payee via the automated self service webform

Preconditions for onboarding to Bulk Verification of Payee (BVoP). 

Web Service customers: Any customer or vendor with a valid Web service agreement and an active Web service PKI certificate issued by Nordea, is able to register for the BVoP API via the automated self service webform 

The automated onboarding process contains two steps: 

1. The registration process.
2. The activation process.

After successful onboarding, you will have the access to Nordea Production portal where you will find the needed API key and Secret which are necessary to provide in the API request when doing the API requests. 

Step 1 Registration process

You can sign up for Bulk Verification of Payee via the automated registration process. 

• Agreement number
  • The Agreement number for you Web Service agreement can be found in Corporate Netbank Administration.
• LogonID for the Web Service certificate.
  • The LogonID number of the user/Certificate can be found in Corporate Netbank Administration. The logonID number must be the same as in the Web service certificate that you will use in the onboard process.
• The Public certificate key in text format
  • Export your Public certificate from your software or from Nordea Security Client and paste into the registration textbox.
• Select the app name that you prefer for your application.
  • The app name will be registered by Nordea during the onboarding.
    • You can change your APP name after onboard is finalised, if you want to rename your application.  
• Create and sign a SSA (Software statement).
  • SSA is a standard JWT that need to be signed by your Private certificate key and provided into the webform
    • Read the detailed instructions "How do I create a Software Statement (SSA) for Premium APIs". The page includes sample code to be reused.  
• Your e-mail address (twice) as the user name for Portal access.

Submit your request. 

Step 2 Activation of Nordea Production portal

Tips and tricks:

• You have to reset the password within 72 hours
• If you have an e-mail filter, the password reset e-mail might end up in your junk e-mail inbox.
