To get the API Key, open the application screen in the Production portal, click [Subscriptions] tab and use the copy content icon.

Your application name is visible under [Apps] menu in the Production portal.

Please note that sensitive data like account numbers and customer names should not be included in the ticket description. Please provide the following information in description when applicable: "Request headers and body", "Response headers and body", "message_identification", "client ID", "Date and time when request was made or issue appeared ". If you need to identify specific payments, please use the transaction ID.

The current recommendation for a certificate validity time is 2-3 years and to update the self-signed certificate for Premium APIs in good time before it expires.
