Activating your account
After you have requested Access for Production at https://developer.nordeaopenbanking.com/app/production-access and the request has been processed and approved you will receive the following activation email. The activation link is valid for 72 hours, so make sure to activate your account before the link expires.
After clicking the activation link you will be prompted to fill out the following form.
After activating your account you need to click [Login] and login with the just provided details/email address and password you provided in the previous step.
Once you login you will be prompted to set up Two-factor authentication (TFA). To continue insert your password and click [Confirm]. You can also choose not to set up Two-factor authentication, but please be advised that we do not recommend this.
Set up TFA. Follow the instructions.
View and edit your app settings. See Client ID and reset Client Secret
To access your list of apps click [Apps].
Choose the application which you wish to view.
To change Application name or Redirect URI or to update your certificate, click [Edit] under application Details.
To view Client ID, click [Show] under Credentials
Only way to see the Client Secret is to Reset it. Click [Reset] to reset and view the new Secret under Credentials. You will be prompted to verify this action.
Viewing your organization, inviting additional users and changing organization ownership
Click your email address at the top right corner. Then click [My organization] from the drop-down menu to access organization status page. You can also invite additional users to the organization with different accesses as well as pass on the organization ownership to another user in the organization.
Invite a new user to join the organization either as a Viewer or an App Developer:
Viewer role
- Viewer will have view access to the portal
- Viewer can see App name, redirect URI and active subscription(s)
- Viewer cannot see client ID or Secret
App Developer role
- App Developer can see Client ID and reset the Client Secret
- App Developer can make changes to the APP name, redirect URI and unsubscribe from active subscription(s)
- App Developer cannot add new users or remove existing users to or from the Organization in question
Click [Change ownership] to pass on the organization ownership to another user already invited to the organization.
Choose a new organization owner from the drop-down menu and click [Change]
Changing between multiple organisation you are the owner of
In some cases you might be managing multiple organisations of which are the sole owner. To change between organisations you need to click the [Organisation name] at the top right corner and choose the other organisation you wish to manage.
