Problem: Customer can not see accounts or see only some of them
Resolution:
- Nordea authorization
Customer needs to be authorized for the agreement in Nordea Business.
Consent can be provided to TPP for PSD2 scope for Small and Medium Enterprises segment (SME) without any additional agreement needed between final customer and Nordea.
After the consent is provided, to be able to use Account Information Service (AIS) and Payment Initiation Services (PIS), TPPs need to have an access token. To receive it the Nordea customer need to authenticate themselves and authorize such access. This assures that TPP will be able to use Account information and Payment Initiation Services only when Nordea customer, confirm they agree to such usage, within their credentials.
NOTE: Authorisation code can be used once and never reused after it will be exchanged to access token.
Since 5 October 2022 the Authorisation rights to Third party services is included in the Corporate Netbank (CN) administration rights as a default service.
There is no longer a need for a separate registration form or registration in CNA to enable Third party services for corporate customers.
The corporate customer CN administrators with Confirm rights (alone or together) will have authorisation to grant access for any licensed third party provider. Consent can be provided to TPP for PSD2 services without any additional agreement needed between the customer and Nordea. The CN Administrator do not need any separate PoA for Open Banking and do not need to send in a Registration form for accessing PSD2 services. The Authorisation Rights to grant access to PSD2 licensed TPPs is included in the CN administration rights by default.
In order for a user to verify or update Netbank agreement (Corporate Netbank / Nordea Business) and update account category, the end user can reach out to their Cash Management / Customer Relationship Manager.
- Account categories
SME AIS service is filtering only accounts with categories like TRANSACTION, SAVINGS and CURRENCY. OTHER accounts are not returned by Open Banking API.
